Something funny

Was talking to a friend today something funny came up.
There was this guy who liked this girl, he ask her out on a date. He said 'hey can I take you out on a date?' She smiled and said yes. On their very first date, they decided to go for a moive, The Dragonfly. Then after that they when dinner at Swenson's. It was a wonderful night of movies, jokes, and dinner. Then suddenly the guy asked that girl to split bills for everything that night. Shocked, the girl paid. The girl called a friend to send her home as that friend was working around the area.
Yes that unfortunate girl is me. Laugh all you want but my question is if a guy says he wants to take you out on a date isn't he suppose to foot the bill? I'm not being a cheapskate for something but hmmm.... first date somemore he is the one who came up with this n he said he wants to take me out doesn't it make sense that he is suppose to foot the bill? All my friends laughed at my unfortunate incident while that moron tried asking me out for a second date, I have never met such a stingy guy before in my life and couldn't imagine the future therefore, I declined. I told pity that guy's future dates cos they will probably suffer the same fate as me. To this guy you know who you are just stop being so stingy! You are scaring the girls away unless you wish to remain a 40 yr old virgin I suggest that you do change ur stingy ways. I am laughing at myself now why do I always end up with such weridos? Blame it on my luck I guess....
